We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization. . As a Business Analyst, you will create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the target projects.

Responsibilities:

As the first business analyst in the company, we expect you to help integrate your role effectively into the team.
Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria on the projects.
Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
Participate in the development and enhancement of the target projects
Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
·Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems.
Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and are compliant with the main product goals.

Requirements:

English level – B2 or higher
2+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in the collection and elaboration of requirements.
Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form.
Experience in writing technical documentation, creating system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices.
Understanding of web development processes.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical documentation skills
Strong attention to detail

Desirable Qualities:

Strong attention to detail
Experience using the Azure DevOps board.
Experience working with Agile framework.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, and customer support.
SQL — using basic queries, JOIN
